Lee Eason

Director Of Software Development, Digital Branch Experience at Edward Jones

Lee Eason has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Lee started their career at Preation as a Lead Developer from September 2007 to June 2010. Lee then worked at iContact as a Contractor and later as a Technical Team Lead from 2009 to 2012. At WebAssign, they served as a Principal Web Developer, responsible for architecting a scalable and reliable SOA, from January 2012 to January 2013.

From 2013 to 2015, Lee worked as the Chief Architect at UltraLinq Healthcare Solutions, Inc., where they developed a cloud-based PACS solution for the medical imaging industry. Lee then joined Ipreo, initially as the Head of the ILP, a rotational program for college graduates, from March 2018 to April 2019. Lee also served as the Director of DevOps, driving organizational and cultural change towards integrated DevOps practices from July 2015 to August 2019.

Following their time at Ipreo, Lee held various leadership positions. Lee worked as the Executive Director in Software Development at IHS Markit from August 2018 to August 2019, leading the DevOps organization through an acquisition and implementing a global developer tools group. Lee then served as the Chief Technology Officer at SoftPro, a subsidiary of Fidelity National Financial, responsible for product development, operations, and IT from September 2019 to February 2020.

Lee's most recent role was at Edward Jones, where they worked as the Agile and DevOps Consultant from February 2020 to August 2020. Lee played a crucial role in the company's agile transformation, teaching product leaders, agile coaches, and technology leaders new roles and ways of working. Lee then became the Director of Software Development, Digital Branch Experience, leading the development of a new digital experience portfolio for the company's branch teams.

In between their other roles, Lee also served as the Chief Executive Officer at Tekata.io, a Strategic Technical Advisor at Vaco, and had an executive position at Edward Jones, focusing on the development of the Digital Branch Experience portfolio. Overall, Lee Eason has demonstrated their expertise in software development, DevOps, and leadership roles throughout their career.

Lee Eason obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in History Education from Pensacola Christian College, where they studied from 1999 to 2001. In addition, Lee Eason received a certification as a SAFe Agilist from the Scaled Agile Academy in December 2015.
