Debbie Brown has extensive experience in the fields of instructional technology and computer engineering, with a strong background in educational leadership and standards development. Currently serving as the Director of Accounts, Senior Learning Engineer, and Solutions Architect at Eduworks Corporation since January 2011, Debbie also holds the position of Vitality Chair for the IEEE Computer Society Standards Activities Board since January 2023, after serving as Secretary for the same board from January 2007 to January 2023. Prior roles include Senior Research Associate at Mississippi State University from September 1997 to October 2010 and Secretary for the IEEE Computer Society Learning Technology Standards Committee from January 1998 to December 2005. Debbie holds a Master of Science in Instructional Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, both from Mississippi State University.
