Aleksi Khoroshvili has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries and roles. Aleksi is the Chief Executive Officer of SilkBank since December 2022. Prior to this, they founded Nexus in 2018 and served as the Executive Founder. From 2020 to 2021, Aleksi was a Supervisory Board Member, Independent at TBC Leasing. In 2019, they held a similar role at the Georgian American School in Batumi (GASB). Aleksi also served as an Advisory Board Member, Independent at Ilia State University in 2018. Before these positions, they had significant experience at Liberty Bank, where they were the CEO from 2015 to 2017 and Chairman of the Audit Committee from 2009 to 2015. Earlier in their career, Aleksi worked at EY as a Manager from 2007 to 2009 and held various roles from intern to senior between 2003 and 2007.

Aleksi Khoroshvili completed the MIT Sloan & MIT CSAIL Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy Program in 2019, earning a Completion Certificate with a focus on AI in Business. Prior to that, they attended the Caucasus School of Business from 2000 to 2004, obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Additionally, in 2002 and 2003, Aleksi Khoroshvili spent their junior year at the University of North Dakota studying Accounting.
