Jordan Lin currently serves as the Senior Manager of Innovation at Education Design Lab, leading the development and refinement of a learn + work experimentation lab while fostering cross-functional collaboration. Previous roles include Manager of Corporate Leadership at Jobs for the Future, where Jordan managed research and program design focused on worker voice initiatives, and Associate at JFF, contributing to the creation of the “Recovery Playbook for Impact Employers.” As Community & Operations Director at IDEA, Northeastern University's Venture Accelerator, Jordan excelled in community management and operational processes. Additional experience includes roles at Wayfair, McKinsey & Company, and Publicis Sapient, coupled with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northeastern University.
