Misti Conley-Rogers, MSW, currently serves as Project Manager for Innovation and Policy at Early Childhood Investment Corporation since March 2022. Previously, Misti was the Performance and Quality Improvement Coordinator at West Michigan Partnership for Children from May 2020 to February 2022. Misti's educational background includes a Master's degree in Social Work from Grand Valley State University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Central Michigan University. Misti has extensive experience in various social work roles, including a School Social Work Intern at Hudsonville Public Schools, Foster Care Support Staff/Medical Liaison at Wellspring Lutheran Services, Families First Worker at Wellspring Lutheran Services, and Foster Care and Adoption Specialist at Adoption and Foster Care Specialists Inc. Misti also worked as an Intern/Supportive Visitation Worker at Adoption Option Inc. and as a Shelter Advocate at Women's Aid Service. The diverse experiences reflect a commitment to supporting families, children, and individuals facing trauma and crisis.
