Shamid Mukalu is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in developing and implementing strategic initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Field Operations at Educate! since April 2023, Shamid is focused on creating impactful operations strategies while leading the establishment of the field operations team. As a co-founder of GreenLife Africa, Shamid champions economic empowerment for young women through strategic funding partnerships. Previously, Shamid held critical roles at KEIPhone Global, Tugende, and Tugende Rwanda Limited, where responsibilities included operations strategy development, branch launches, and team management. Shamid's educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and certifications in Lean Six Sigma and leadership development, among others.
