Marc Gehlsen is a seasoned professional in higher education and recruitment, currently serving as the Director of Outreach & Recruitment at Edmonds College since September 2021. Prior experience includes roles as an Outreach & Recruitment Specialist at Edmonds College, Staffing Specialist at TERRA Staffing Group, and Manager at The Melting Pot Restaurants. Marc began a career in higher education at the University of Mary Washington, where responsibilities included leading campus tours, assisting with recruitment, and coordinating orientation programs. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Central Washington University, alongside dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Linguistics and Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Mary Washington.
