Emma Browning serves as the Global Head of Human Resources at Edisen, contributing to the executive leadership team and guiding strategic HR initiatives across various functions since June 2021. Previously, Emma held the role of Global Human Resources Director, where responsibilities included executing a major US merger, implementing a new global HRIS system, and coordinating a global reorganization. Prior experience includes positions at RGIS, LLC as a Regional Human Resources Business Partner, and as Human Resources Manager at Midwest Holding Inc. Emma's career began at Nestlé Purina North America, where roles ranged from Assistant Human Resources Manager to Management Trainee HR, and also included valuable early experiences as a Human Resources Intern and Student Services Office Assistant. Emma holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Ball State University.
