Anita Jethwa has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Healthcare Consultancy Group since May 2015, where Anita has also held the positions of Senior Director, HR Director, and HR Manager. Prior to HCG, Anita worked as an HR Operations Partner at PAREXEL from August 2014 to May 2015, and as an HR Business Partner at Charlton House Catering Services from November 2008 to July 2014. Anita began their career in HR at Compass Group, where Anita was an HR Business Partner from 1998 to 2008. Anita holds a CIPD degree from Middlesex University (2003-2005) and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
