Nizar BouGhannam has worked in the field of interior design since 2016. Nizar began their career as an Interior Design Intern at Idea & Art Decoration. In 2017, they moved to AEO architecs, where they worked as an Assistant Interior Designer. In 2018, they took on the role of Interior Architect at SAG Architects. In 2019, they became a Freelance Interior Architect at N.DESIGNS, where they were responsible for supervising, overseeing construction, and coordinating with general building contractors to implement plans and specifications. In 2020, they joined EDGE3 Technologies, where they have held the roles of Manager and Senior AI Auditor, Assistant Manager & Senior AI Auditor, Senior Staff Member, and Staff Member.

Nizar BouGhannam obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Architecture from the Lebanese University - Faculty of Fine Arts and Architecture between 2014 and 2017. Nizar also obtained a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from the Aveta Business Institute in June 2021, a Learning Excel: Data Analysis Certificate from LinkedIn Learning in February 2021, an Initiating and Planning Projects Certificate from the University of California, Irvine and offered through Coursera in November 2020, and an Entrepreneurship Certificate from The Nawaya Network in August 2017. Additionally, they obtained a Project Planning: Putting it All Together Certificate from Google in December 2022, a Project Initiation: Starting a Successful Project Certificate from Google in October 2022, and a Foundations of Project Management Certificate from Google in July 2022.
