Bradley Rauen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Bradley began their career as a Student Ambassador at Brookdale Community College in 2013. Bradley then worked as a Football Operations & Player Personnel Assistant at Monmouth University, where they managed logistics and assisted the coaching staff. Bradley also gained experience as a Football Operations Student Assistant at Umass Amherst Football, where they helped with recruit management and organized recruiting events.

In 2016, they interned at Kent & Bond as a Business Development Intern, where they received training in ecommerce consumer acquisition and managed influencer marketing outreach. Bradley also interned at the New York Jets as an Equipment Manager Intern, assisting with daily operations and resolving on-field issues.

Bradley joined Delta Sigma Pi as the Vice President of Financial Development, where they developed a revenue-focused strategic plan, tripled fraternity revenue, and negotiated significant contracts. Bradley then worked at the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst as a Head Teaching Assistant for Principles of Management, where they taught course material and implemented improvement methods.

At HomeAdvisor, Bradley served as an Online Sales Consultant, acquiring and generating new business by identifying service professionals and onboarding them onto the HomeAdvisor platform.

Bradley later joined Bruin Group LLC as a Client Onboarding Coordinator, responsible for managing the onboarding process of new clients and optimizing their accounts in the online client portal.

Currently, Bradley is employed at iCIMS as an Operations Analyst, Services (Revenue), where they analyze services revenue and leads a team. Bradley has previously held roles as a Team Lead, Customer Care Specialist and a Renewal Manager at the same company. In their previous role as a Customer Success Manager, they focused on ensuring customer success and managing client accounts.

Overall, Bradley Rauen has acquired a wide range of skills and experiences in customer service, account management, operations, and team leadership.

Bradley Rauen received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Indiana University Bloomington from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Operations & Information Management and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sport Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they studied from 2014 to 2016. Before attending the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Bradley earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business Administration from Brookdale Community College, where they studied from 2012 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Bradley Rauen holds several certifications. Bradley obtained the Gainsight NXT Associate Admin certification from Gainsight in March 2023. Furthermore, they earned the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification and the Project Management Certification from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business in September 2021.
