Gonzalo Andres Escobar Morales is an experienced operations manager currently serving as Gerente de operaciones at EDEMCO since January 2020. Since March 2013, Gonzalo has also held the position of Ingeniero administrador cto mtto redes at Union Eléctrica S.A. Previously, Gonzalo worked as Project Manager at UT INGEDEMCO from April 2015 to January 2020, overseeing maintenance projects for ISA and TRANSELCA transmission lines, and as Project Engineer at ROR Ingeniería during the same period, managing energy loss recovery projects for the northern metropolitan area of EPM. Gonzalo holds a Master of Business Administration in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from CEUPE and a degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Project Management from Universidad Tecnológica de Bolívar. Additionally, Gonzalo completed a Master's degree in Renewable Energies at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos.
