Daniel Capoferri has extensive work experience in customer experience operations and management roles. Daniel currently holds the position of Head of Customer Experience Operations - ISOS/CXO at Wavelo, where they lead two different areas of the organization, including a multi-disciplinary team providing software support services. Prior to this, they worked at Tucows as the Head of CXO, where they led teams in a cross-functional environment and maintained external vendor relationships. Before Tucows, they held various positions at BlackBerry, including Operations Manager, Service Delivery Operations, and Principal Analyst, where they managed support vendors and handled technical escalations. Daniel also worked at IBM as a Systems Support Specialist, performing hardware maintenance and resolving technical issues.

Daniel Capoferri attended Mohawk College from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained a degree in Computer Systems Technician - Network Systems. Their field of study was Network and System Administration/Administrator. In addition to their college education, Daniel has obtained several certifications, including Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from Scrum Alliance in December 2023, Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) from Apple in 2010, and Ontario Apprenticeship Certification - IT and Contact Centre Technical Support from the Government of Ontario.
