Dominique van Oosterom is a seasoned professional in health, safety, security, and environment (HSSE) with extensive experience in the offshore wind sector. Currently serving as a Senior HSSE Advisor for Ecowende on the Hollandse Kust West site 6 project since September 2023, Dominique has previously held various positions including HSE Consultant at Proteas, HSEQ Coordinator for Eneco's Luchterduinen cable replacement project, and Health & Safety Specialist for Vattenfall on the Hollandse Kust Zuid project. Educational qualifications include an International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety from NEBOSH and coursework in National Compliance and Risk Qualifications, coupled with hands-on roles in HSE engineering and coordination across multiple companies.
