Jesus E. Lugo M. is an experienced power plant operations professional with a solid background in managing and operating thermal and geothermal power plants. Currently serving as a Shift Manager at APR Energy since May 2020, Jesus E. Lugo M. oversees plant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring contracted power availability and performance management.
