Ekereobong MICHAEL-AKUBOH is a seasoned conference interpreter with extensive experience at the ECOWAS Commission since August 2009, providing interpreting services for statutory and technical meetings while also organizing terminology debriefing sessions for colleagues in the Language Division. Prior to this role, Ekereobong served as a translator and interpreter at the African Reinsurance Corporation from February 2004 to July 2009, where responsibilities included translating documents from French to English and managing website content. Academic qualifications include a Post-graduate diploma in Conference Interpreting from the University of Leeds, a Master of Science in Public Policy and Management from SOAS, University of London, and a Master of Arts in Translation from the University of Lagos.
