Vicki Swales is an experienced professional in land use policy and rural consultancy. Since September 2009, Vicki has served as the Head of Land Use Policy at RSPB, where significant contributions have been made to environmental advocacy. Prior to this role, Vicki operated as a self-employed Rural Consultant from July 2007 to September 2009, providing expertise in rural issues. Vicki also held the position of Head of Agriculture and Rural Development at IEEP from January 2003 to July 2007, further establishing a strong foundation in agricultural policy and rural development.
