Louise Raphalen is a transportation engineer with a background in urban and regional transport studies. Since April 2021, Louise has held the position of Chargée d'études and Chargée de Mission Mobilités en territoires peu denses at Ecov. Prior to this role, Louise completed an internship at NEOVYA Mobility by Technology in 2020, focusing on the integration of public transport data into web solutions. In 2019, Louise interned with DDT Rhône in the Sustainable Building and Accessibility department, where data on accessibility for public establishments in Lyon was analyzed. Academic credentials include an engineering degree from Ecole nationale des Travaux publics de l'Etat, a Master in Urban and Regional Transportation from Université Lumière Lyon 2, and a preparatory class for grandes écoles from Lycée Montaigne in Bordeaux.
