Akos van der Plaat is an accomplished Air Traffic Management Consultant currently at MovingDot since January 2019 and has a long-term commitment to LVNL, beginning in October 1994, where roles have included Supervisor and Air Traffic Controller at Amsterdam ACC, and various operational expert positions. Akos has also contributed as Acting Chairman of the Safety Committee and the Safety Management System Committee at LVNL. Additionally, involvement in CANSO since August 2021 includes serving on the OSC Steering Group and previous roles within PBN Sub Group and ATC committees. Experience also encompasses representing the Dutch Air Traffic Controllers' Association in international forums and consulting on air traffic management with Air Traffic Consultancy the Netherlands BV since August 2017.
