Beatrice Cazzavillan is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various human resources roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as HR Manager at Ecor International since September 2020, Beatrice oversees HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, and training coordination. Prior to this, Beatrice worked as an HR Generalist at Marzotto Group, managing training plans and resource selection. Additional roles include support in HR and administration at ANDRITZ HYDRO, as well as experience in counseling and administrative roles in different sectors. Beatrice holds a degree in Sociology from Università di Trento and has pursued further education in HR management and counseling.
