Robert E. Scott is currently the Director of Trade and Manufacturing Policy Research at Economic Policy Institute. Previously, Scott served as an Assistant Professor at the College of Business and Management, University of Maryland at College Park. Robert E. holds a Ph.D in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley and a B.S. in Technology and Human Affairs from Washington University in St. Louis.
