Chris K. is a highly skilled research associate currently serving at the Vera Institute of Justice since November 2020, focusing on addressing mass incarceration and supporting immigrant families in California. Previous experience includes roles as a data and policy analyst for the ACLU of Northern California, where Chris authored a significant report on the Los Angeles District Attorney's office, and as a data and policy researcher at the University of California, Berkeley's Policy Advocacy Clinic, which involved evaluating juvenile electronic monitoring fees.
