Santhosh Damodharan has a diverse work experience in the field of software testing and quality assurance. Santhosh started their career at Tata Consultancy Services in 2014 as an IT Engineer, where they focused on designing and developing customized reports. Santhosh also performed UI/UX testing and was responsible for project monitoring and client relationship management.
In 2015, Santhosh joined Tringapps, Inc as a Senior Software Test Engineer. Here, they played a crucial role in creating an automation framework from scratch and automated test cases using Selenium Web driver. Additionally, they automated regression tests, API and web service testing, and interacted with clients to understand their requirements.
Santhosh then moved on to PathFactory in 2019 as an Intermediate Software Test Engineer. In this role, they were part of an agile development and test team, contributing to the development of functional software in quick iterations. Santhosh also maintained and improved automation solutions for functional and regression testing, utilizing tools such as Selenium, Capybara, and RSpec. Santhosh reviewed requirements and specifications, collaborated with developers to implement automation test scripts, and used BrowserStack for parallel test execution on multiple devices.

Santhosh Damodharan pursued their education in a sequential manner. Santhosh started their educational journey in 2008 at St. Thomas Matriculation higher secondary school, where they completed their High School education with a focus on Computer Science. Santhosh then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Software Engineering from SRM University, graduating in 2014. In order to further their knowledge and skills, Santhosh attended Centennial College from 2017 to 2018, earning an Engineer's degree in Information Technology. Santhosh also obtained certifications in Web Design and Development from Humber College in September 2018, and in Mobile Application Development from Centennial College in September 2017. Later, they proceeded to enhance their expertise and knowledge in Web Design & Development by pursuing a postgraduate degree from Humber College from 2018 to 2019.
