Darryl Griffin currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at E'CLAT Security Group since August 2023. Prior to this role, Darryl Griffin was the Executive Vice President of Operations at AGB Investigative Services from July 2009 to August 2023, where full P&L accountability was held for the national physical security business, overseeing a team of 200 professionals. Darryl Griffin's career at AGB began as a Field Supervisor, leading to several promotions that included Director of Operations, aimed at transforming and expanding security services for small to medium-sized businesses in Chicago. Earlier in their career, Darryl Griffin gained valuable experience as a Store Manager at Finish Line from June 2003 to January 2009, where strong leadership and sales skills led to multiple promotions. Darryl Griffin completed the Ascend National Executive Education Program in Business Administration, Management, and Operations at Kellogg Executive Education in April 2023 and holds a degree from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, obtained from 1995 to 1998.
