Scott Phillips has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in supply chain, logistics, and marketing.

Scott has most recently been working at ECCO as the Group Senior Director for Supply Chain & Sourcing, where they have been responsible for transitioning supply chain functions from Denmark to the newly created Singapore headquarters. Scott has also led various projects to improve supply allocation principles and enhance market services. Additionally, they have created and led the Global Sourcing Organization.

Prior to ECCO, Scott worked as the Editor In Chief at CargoNOW, where they focused on providing information and trends in the supply chain and logistics industry. Scott has also been a member of the Shippers Council at The Logistics & Supply Chain Management Society.

Their previous experience includes roles such as the Regional Head of Supply Chain at General Cable, the Regional Supply Chain S&OP Manager at BlueScope Steel (Thailand) Limited, and the Supply Chain Manager at Detmold Packaging. Scott has also held marketing positions at Detpak and Fielders Steel Roofing.

Scott Phillips holds a Double Business Degree in International Marketing and Employment Relations from the University of South Australia, which they earned from 1999 to 2002. Scott then pursued a Masters in Business and Administration from the same university, completing it from 2004 to 2007. In 2015 and 2019, Scott attended INSEAD for specialized courses in Negotiation Dynamics and Organizational Leadership, respectively.
