Holly Snow has had a diverse range of work experiences. Holly most recently worked at EC-United as the Senior Director and Chief of Staff. Prior to that, they spent ten years at Excellus BCBS, where they held various roles such as CIP Director, Business Portfolio Manager, Business Operations Manager and Project Manager II. Before joining Excellus BCBS, they worked at Northwestern Memorial Hospital as a Program Manager and Administrative Fellow. Holly also has experience in finance, having worked as an Associate at Cain Brothers. In addition, they have worked as a Consultant/Project Manager at Holly Hudson Consulting and as a Project Manager and Staff Chemist at Foster-Miller.

Holly Snow is an individual with a diverse education history. Holly obtained a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Technology Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2004-2005. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate studies at the State University of New York at Oswego from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry with a minor in Math. Holly'shigh school education was completed at Irondequoit High School. In addition to their formal education, Holly has also attained several certifications. These include "Delegating Tasks" and "Delivering Employee Feedback" obtained from LinkedIn in September 2022 and November 2021, respectively. Holly also completed a certification in "Unconscious Bias" from LinkedIn in November 2021.
