Swatti R. is an experienced professional currently serving as a Lead Analyst in Organizational Change Management (OCM) at Eaton since April 2018, where responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to translate change goals into organizational impacts and working with project teams on objectives and user implications. Swatti holds a Bachelor's degree in Management with a focus on International Finance and Marketing from the University of Mumbai, completed in 2010.
