Dominic Rocco is an accomplished finance and data strategy professional with extensive experience in various management roles, currently serving as the Global Manager for Data Strategy, Transformation, and Integrations at Eaton since June 2014. Dominic has successfully designed and implemented a finance data hub to enhance data-driven decision-making and has managed a global team integrating complex financial systems. Previous positions include leading the digital transformation strategy for a significant divestiture, supporting an Oracle R12 ERP upgrade, and working as a Senior Business Analyst and Founder at Ghost Labs, while also owning a custom renovations business. Dominic's earlier career involved finance management roles at Century Federal Credit Union and Hansa Projekt, alongside an internship in wealth management.
