Samantha Wallace currently serves as the Little Rock Metro Area Coach at Eat My Catfish since August 2023. Prior to this role, Samantha held various positions at 1788 Chicken from December 2018 to August 2023, including Area Supervisor and Roving General Manager. Samantha's experience also includes serving as General Manager at Zaxby's Franchising LLC from February 2013 to November 2018, and earlier roles at Sonic Drive-In from July 2010 to July 2012, where responsibilities ranged from Carhop to General Manager. Education was completed at Springdale High School between 2008 and 2010.
