Adya Pradipta has been working in the corporate world since 2009. Adya began their career as a Production Engineer at Topjaya Sarana Utama in 2009. In 2010, they joined Asuransi Astra as a Surveyor, and was later promoted to Surveyor Lead Jatabek Area and Surveyor Lead Non Jatabek Area (Nasional). In 2018, they became the ERA (Emergency Roadside Assistance) & Insurance Lead at Grab. Adya then moved to BUSTIKET.COM in 2019 as Operations & Business Development. In 2021, they joined TukangSayur.ID as a Supervisor Mitra Area Coordinator, where they were responsible for increasing new partner acquisitions, providing training and socialization to new partners, and creating new business opportunities to increase the number of partnerships. In 2022, they moved to GuruInovatif.id as a Senior Partnership Officer, and then to Easybook as a Business Development Manager.

Adya Pradipta obtained an AMD in Mechanical Engineering from Politeknik Negeri Jakarta between 2006 and 2009. In 2015, they obtained a Tire, Fire & Airbag Investigation certificate and in 2016 they obtained a Defensive Driving certificate. Additionally, they have a Certificate in General Insurance from the Asosiasi Ahli Manajemen Asuransi Indonesia.
