David Hall has extensive experience in public relations and organizational leadership. Currently serving as the VP of Public Relations for Toastmasters of Sammamish since June 2005 and as the Executive Director of the Pacific Northwest Chapter of the Transplant Recipients International Organization since May 2011, David has played a key role in fostering community among transplant recipients and their supporters. Additionally, involvement in Eastridge Church's Worship and Arts Video Production Group reflects skills in multimedia production. Previous experience includes a technical writing and test engineering role at Microsoft from 1991 to 1999. David's educational background includes degrees in Information Systems and Military Information Systems Technology from the University of La Verne and the University of Southern California, respectively, along with studies at Chapman University.
