Tyler McNeely has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Tyler began their career at AES in 2007, where they served as a Payroll Specialist until 2010. After that, they joined PayDay Human Resource Solutions in 2011 as a Payroll Supervisor and eventually became a Payroll Manager, a position they held until 2020. In 2018, Tyler transitioned to Momentum Church in Florida, where they took on multiple roles, starting as a Campus Leader and then progressing to Campuses Director. Currently, they are serving as the Creative Director at Momentum Church.

Tyler McNeely attended Pensacola Junior College from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained an associate's degree (AA). Their field of study during this time is unknown.
