Diana Genova has worked in various roles since 2001. Diana began their career as an Instructor in the Agency Support Department of Allstate's New York Regional Office. In 2011, they became a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Floyd Harbor Real Estate. In 2013, they added Licensed Insurance Sales Professional at Allstate Insurance: Gregg Stephens to their repertoire. In 2016, they became a Programming Department Manager at Command Direct. Most recently, in 2020, they took on the role of IT Support Specialist at Eastern Wholesale Fence LLC.

Diana Genova obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Dowling College Oakdale between 1999 and 2001. In August 2020, they also obtained two certifications from LinkedIn, one for IT Help Desk for Beginners and one for Windows 10: Troubleshooting for IT Support.
