Marcio Oliveira is currently the IT - EUC Global Manager at Vale, where Marcio is responsible for the strategy of Modern Workplace in the disciplines of EUC and Global Service Desk. Marcio has successfully implemented the concept of humanizing customer service, leading to increased productivity and a focus on user experience. Prior to their current role, Marcio was an Executive Account at TIVIT, where Marcio managed post-sales activities for key clients such as XEROX, VALE, EMBRATEL, CLARO, and SHV Gas. Marcio holds an Executive MBA in Leadership, Innovation, and Management 4.0 from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Universidade Gama Filho.
