Tricia Brown has extensive work experience in various roles related to HR and benefits management. Tricia currently holds the position of Vice President, Benefits at Eastern Bank, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at The Boston Consulting Group as the Global Mobility Lead from 2016 to 2021. From 2011 to 2016, Tricia was employed at Cambridge Associates as the Global Benefits Manager, where they were responsible for managing employee benefits and leave of absence programs. Before that, they worked as an HR Generalist at Bain & Company from 2008 to 2009 and as an HR Coordinator/Generalist at Heritage Property Investment Trust from 2004 to 2008. Tricia's experience demonstrates their expertise in HR, benefits management, and operational efficiency.

Tricia Brown attended Framingham State University from 1996 to 1998, where they pursued a field of study in Liberal Arts. Later, they enrolled at Salem State University from 2000 to 2002, completing their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology/Management.
