Taujuana Taylor is an accomplished professional with a strong background in human resources and talent development. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President, Global Talent and Learning at MUFG since April 2023, Taujuana previously worked at Teneo from June 2019 to April 2023 in various roles including Talent Development Associate and People Team & Recruiting Coordinator. Taujuana's experience encompasses program development, talent processes, and relationship building within organizations. Prior to Teneo, Taujuana held positions at Battery Park City Authority as Human Resources Coordinator, LIM College as Executive Assistant to the Provost, and Pac as Executive Assistant. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources Management from Mercy University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hunter College, alongside certifications in Learning and Development and Diversity and Inclusion for HR from Cornell University.
