Tamika R. has extensive experience in community and social services, currently serving as the Deputy Director of Community and School Based Programs at East Side House Settlement since September 2012. Previously, Tamika held the positions of Department Director and Program Director, Social Worker within the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as Youth Development Supervisor at Inwood House from November 2008 to September 2012 and as Parent Counselor at the Center for Children's Initiatives from 2007 to 2011. Tamika's educational background includes a Master of Social Work from Adelphi University, a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Touro University, and participation in various leadership development programs at prestigious institutions such as New York University, Columbia Business School, Fordham Gabelli School of Business, International Institute for Restorative Practices, and Center for Creative Leadership.
