Michelle Hardial possesses extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as an Administrative/Recruiting Assistant at UHealthSolutions since April 2016. Previously, Michelle held the position of HR Recruiter at Seven Hills Foundation for a brief period in 2015, where responsibilities included recruiting, researching, screening, and referring job candidates. Notably, from September 2001 to May 2015, Michelle served as HR Manager for the Department of State, overseeing a team of three HR Assistants and managing various HR functions such as recruitment, compensation, and employee benefits. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies, Mona, earned between 1992 and 1996, alongside an educational background from St. Hugh's High School.
