Tracy Barry-Austin, LCSW, is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in various roles. Since November 2022, Tracy has served as a School Social Worker for the East Orange School District, focusing on the evaluation and support of pupils with special needs. Tracy also works as a clinician for Uwill, providing mental health support to college students in New Jersey, and as a Mental Health Clinician for Hope Therapeutic Services, LLC, delivering clinical services through both in-person and telehealth formats. As the Owner of Guided Pathways Counseling LLC, Tracy has provided counseling services since 2012, with a recent focus on private practice. Other roles include in-home therapy as an IIC Therapist for organizations such as Project 99, Supreme Consultants, and Family Intervention Services, along with previous experience at Newark Public Schools as a Social Worker. Tracy’s education includes a Master of Social Work from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Virginia.
