Kate Holden is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Director at East Midlands Railway since November 2015, with a diverse background in HR roles including Head of Organisation Development and Head of HR - Fleet, Safety & Operations. Prior to this, Kate held various leadership positions at Molson Coors from September 2007 to November 2015, such as UK Talent Development & Resourcing Director and Head of Employee Relations, Policy & Recruitment. Kate’s earlier experience includes HR Manager at Coors Brewers, where responsibility encompassed operational HR functions and pensions management. Educational qualifications include an ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching & Mentoring, a Post Graduate CIPD, and a BA (Hons) in Communication Studies.
