Sara Euceda, MHA, currently serves as Operations Manager at NeighborHealth, a position held since February 2023. Prior to this role, Sara completed a Research Fellowship at Suffolk University from 2021 to February 2023 and gained experience as a Summer Intern at Beth Israel Lahey Health in mid-2022. As Chief Executive Officer at FEDSA Clean from May 2020 to August 2021, Sara developed leadership and management skills. Additional roles include Online Translator at Unbabel and Food Advisor at OBGYN at Hospital La Policlinica, where Sara evaluated the nutritional needs of approximately 500 obstetric and gynecologic patients annually, crafting individualized meal plans and monitoring progress. Sara holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from Suffolk University and a Bachelor of Science in Food Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Houston.
