Margaret Gerker is currently the Operations Manager at EarthDance Organic Farm School, where Margaret oversees the Pay-What-You-Can Farm Stand and handles administrative and operational tasks. Prior to this role, Margaret served as the Lead Delivery Driver at Imperfect Foods and as an Emergency Response Team Member at AmeriCorps St. Louis. Margaret also has experience as a Farm Assistant at Park Hill Orchard, a Food Security Specialist during their time with the Peace Corps, and as an Intern at GASP (Alabama). Margaret holds a Bachelor's degree in Urban Environmental Studies from Birmingham-Southern College and a Bachelor's degree in Geography and French from Université de Tours.
