Nicole Miller is an experienced attorney specializing in commercial, corporate, and payments law within the FinTech sector. Presently serving as Deputy General Counsel at EarnIn since September 2022, Nicole has previously held roles as Associate General Counsel at Rocket Lawyer and as Associate Vice President and Associate General Counsel at YapStone. Nicole's legal career began at Sprint Corporation, where responsibilities included supporting enterprise sales and marketing teams. Prior to Sprint, Nicole worked as an Associate at Polsinelli Shughart and Kirkland & Ellis. Nicole holds a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an AB in Public Policy Studies from Duke University.
