Janie Moerlien has extensive experience in customer service and sales, currently serving as an Inside Sales & Service professional and Customer Service Administrator at E-T-A Engineering Technology since October 2011. Prior to this role, Janie was a Customer Service Account Representative at Pexco, where responsibilities included managing customer relations and projects for key accounts like Target and Best Buy. Additional experience includes serving as a Customer Support Representative at Woodward MPC, where management of significant commercial and government accounts was a key focus, as well as roles at MPC Products and RBC Mortgage that involved administrative support and project management. Janie holds a degree in General Business Administration from Clovis Community College and has also studied at Triton Community College.
