Brennan Unruh began their work experience in 2014 as a Shift Lead at Holiday Stationstores, where they learned to oversee employees and handle day-to-day duties independently. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Food Server at Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar, developing sales and social skills. In 2021, they worked as a Casino Dealer at Plains Art Museum. From 2018 to 2022, they also worked at Junk Genius, primarily as an Outside Sales Representative and Junk Removal associate during summers. Currently, they are an Outside Sales Representative at B&F Fastener Supply.

Brennan Unruh began their education in 2013 at Rogers Senior High School, where they remained until their graduation in 2017. After completing high school, they pursued a degree in Journalism at North Dakota State University from 2018 to 2022. During their time at the university, their field of study focused on Communication and Media Studies.
