Manikandan B has work experience in embedded firmware engineering, embedded systems, and IoT. Manikandan started their career as a Project Trainee at Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions in February 2020 and worked there until May 2020. Manikandan then joined iQube - Innovation Center in November 2017 as a Member of Embedded Systems and IoT and worked there until October 2020. Currently, they are working as an Embedded Firmware Engineer at e-con Systems starting from March 2021.

Manikandan B completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Instrumentation from Kumaraguru College of Technology, where they studied from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, in 2016, they obtained a Higher Secondary degree in Biology, General from CK School of practical Knowledge. From 2010 to 2015, they pursued a B.A degree in Hindi Language (Rashtrabasha Praveen) from Dakshin Bharath Hindi Prachar Sabha. Additionally, in 2014, they completed their 10th standard from Lakshmi Chordia Memorial Matriculation Higher Secondary School.

In terms of additional certifications, in March 2020, Manikandan obtained a certification in "Starting with OrCAD and Cadence Allegro PCB" from Udemy.
