Sunita K. began their career in 2009 as a Store Manager for Subway, where they managed all features of the business, including client service, sales and buying. Sunita was responsible for payroll and scheduling, marketing and promotion, and was able to provide guidance, handling, and encouragement to staff while offering outstanding customer service. In 2013, they joined E-Base Technologies, Inc as an HR Director. In this role, they were accountable for full cycle hiring support for the organization, and revitalized recruitment and on boarding methods that fostered retention of employees. Sunita also analyzed and reviewed payroll, benefit and tax procedures, and made recommendations and implemented changes positively impacting budgeting and reporting functions.

Sunita K. graduated from Mountain State University in 2008 with a degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Laney College.
