Neal Grendon has accumulated extensive experience in talent acquisition and management, currently serving as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Inizio Engage since August 2015, where oversight is provided for the North America Talent Acquisition department. Responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies to enhance the candidate experience and improve recruitment efficiency. Prior to this role, Neal held multiple progressive talent acquisition positions at Inizio Engage and has a background in sales from roles at AT&T Mobility and Verizon Wireless, as well as experience in operations as General Manager at Wawa, Inc. Neal holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Delaware Valley University.
