Louis Peaks is an IT Analyst at DYOPATH since August 2019, with a diverse background in information technology support and operations. Currently, Louis also serves as an IT Batch Operator for the NC Department of Health and Human Services starting in May 2016. Prior experience includes roles as an Operation Technician at vXchnge from April 2007 to October 2022, and as a Technical Support/Senior Associate at CheckFree between June 2003 and November 2006. Early career experience includes positions as a System Support Specialist at The Herald-Sun and a Computer Operator at Duke University Medical Center from 1991 to 2001. Louis holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from North Carolina Central University and an Associate's Degree in Computer Science from Hardbarger Jr College.
