Robert L. has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at Dynomax Inc. since 2014, where Robert provides strategic HR leadership. Prior roles include serving as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager at Northrop Grumman Corporation and Human Resources Manager at both PwC and The Home Depot. Robert has demonstrated a consistent ability to manage HR functions, coach leadership, and implement effective staffing solutions, including a cost-saving staffing model at Lockheed Martin Corporation. Additionally, Robert began a career in HR at Kemper and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Berry College. Since January 2017, Robert has embraced retirement.
